GLORY BELL’S BAND simply needs no introduction among fans and collectors of 80’s Swedish heavy metal. They released two cult albums back in 1982 and 1984. The singer of the band Glory North, unfortunately passed away in 2008 and what was meant to be the band’s third album by the title “National Force” was never officially released as the band parted ways by the end of the 80s.

In collaboration with the sister of Glory North, Åsa Jansson, Hellenic Cult Metal Classics reached an agreement to officially re-release the two albums of the band and include the entire rough version of the “National Force” album as bonus.

“Dressed in Black” is the band’s debut album, originally released in 1982, while “Century Rendezvous” is the band’s second one, originally released in 1984 and the band’s name was shortened to GLORY BELLS. Both reissues will be released on limited edition vinyl and CD, featuring lyrics, photos, band story and 4 bonus tracks taken from the unreleased “National Force” album. Also on both records the sound was remastered by Nasos Nomikos at VU Productions and the layout design was made by Janne Stark.
