One year has passed and we are back with a new chapter of the Portuguese-French Metal Connection: a partnership between Lost Realm Records and Under Siege Records. After the incredible success of LEGEND’s “Contes Inachevés” double LP release, we now bring you another cult band that will surely delight all the aficionados of the 80’s French Metal scene!
Formed in 1985, DRIFTER are best known in the world of vinyl collecting for their 7″ single “Le Vol De L’Aigle / Prisonnier Du Cauchemar”, originally released in 1988. In addition to these two thrilling songs of pure Heavy Metal, we managed to put together in this official anthology the recordings of the band’s two demo tapes (recorded in 1986 and 1987), as well as rare live recordings never released before!
Finally available on CD, this deluxe edition will include a 20-page booklet with extended biography (written both in English and French), song lyrics and rare band photos. A double LP edition will also be available, with all the usual extras that our followers are used to.
