Herida Profunda kept us “busy” when they released a 12” split with one of the behemoths of crust, HELLBASTARD. Last summer they released another split, one of 7”, with Hello Bastards (a collective of musicians from Argentina, Brazil and Poland), in which it seems they are trying to answer the question “art of the sake of art or engaged art”. Hey you, yes you laughing because I use the term art for their brutal sound. You should consider that any music expression is art. Fast, loud and, of course, with short duration songs that are equally good for violence in the mosh pit and as an anger management method constitute this short release. I think that the Herida Profunda/Hello Bastards split is the epitome of the phrase “In Grind we Crust”, so… open a new browser tab, log in bandcamp and enjoy (though you are responsible if you experience side effects like breaking everything around you). On the other hand if you are annoyed by their political views in their music… Tough luck. It’s your loss.
