According to Dagbladet.no, the members of Immortal have started a legal fight over the band’s name copyrights. Abbath tried to claim Immortal for his own label Eikemo Compositions, but Demonaz and Horgh stopped him, considering that the Immortal trademark should be shared by all three members.
This line up has been active since 1996 and they have recorded five Immortal albums together, often stating interviews of how close they are and how much the band means to them, how the band is like family. What happened?
