Lifestock were created in the spring of 2013 in Serres having as main purpose to have fun playing music after beer – drinking. Members of Lifestock count experience in other bands of the Greek scene, such as Sicks Daze, Sadwings and 13Backstabs. The music result, which was based on some initial ideas our lead guitarist, revealed effortlessly and during rehearsals, and moves roughly in the area of hard / heavy rock. With unfortunately slow processes due to force majeure, Lifestock finally recorded in the winter of 2013 their first EP titled “Leap of Faith” and have since performed live in Thessaloniki and Serres. In the summer of 2014 Kostas Michalakopoulos was replaced by the drummer Tassos Diamantidis and by early 2015 Bob Harizanis temporarily replaced the bassist Kostas Vlachopoulos, who is serving his military service. At the end of 2014 the band has already started the process of recording its debut album, a foretaste of which is the digital single “Beyond the Sun” which was just outstanding and marked the new Lifestock sound. The completion of the album is roughly expected by the end of the 2015 spring, while live performances are planned throughout the year all over Greece.
