Genre: Death Metal
Country: Poland
Label: Testimony Records
Year: 2016
Formed in 2011, in Poland by two members of Neuropathia but in a totally different path. Creating bands in the shadow of Entombed – Dismember and all those Swedish diamonds is in fashion now. There are the bands that form not to offer something, but rather to munch off the leftovers of the Swedish sound and playing style. Of course they also remind a lot of Black Breath… With all that aside, I can say that “All of them Witches” is perfect when it comes to the production and musicianship. It’s very well crafted with it’s classic Swedish tempo, quite awesome with slower moments that are equally intimidating. They know very well what they’re doing and they have studied the Swedish death metal manifest countless hours. Nine tracks, all of them in the same style, easy to listen to, without extra elements or anything irrelevant in them. Unacceptable album cover, obviously they wanted to give an old school character but that doesn’t mean we can paint garbage. In general, the album is very good with no identity or innovation but a tribute to northern death metal. Anyone who wants to listen to a classic Swedish piece can purchase Clandestine… Em sorry, ‘All them Witches’ by Polish Dead Goats without fear!
