Τotal Stranger come from Canada and ever since 1997, they have released two albums; “Total Stranger” in 1997 and “Obsession” in 2002. Now, as of 2019, Total Stranger moved forward to a re-release their debut record through Lions Pride Records, bringing a tear of joy to the hard rock underground, who hasn’t heard of them ever since. “Total Stranger” has a strong 80’s hard rock essence with AOR passages, under the guidelines of Night Ranger, Great White and Damn Yankees. The guitar alters from gentle to sharp in between the songs, the vocals are a pure example resembling all 80’s iconic voices of the scene and the entire result is a nice combination of hymns to love and the night. A masterpiece any fan of the genre should check.
