THE MIDNIGHT  MOVER IS BACK!!! Udo…Still got it!!!! …for sure !!!

What can we said, about this fuckin’ legend! With closed eyes,i can easily say ACCEPT reunited with UDO!!! Speedy, catchy heavy riffs…classical teutonic vocals and backing vocals with powerful section from thunder and lightning!!! The first three songs, are a massive hard ‘n’ heavy tunes, which cannot leave the listener indifferent.  Αs for “Fight for the right”, a small masterpiece?! If I can dare to say… And all of these cause the band suddenly started playing the classic composition “Turkish March” by Mozart!! “Forever free” probably my favorite track…makes me go back in my teenage headbangin’ years! The whole album in its entirety is totally decent, tight and from the point of view of production sounds very good. It’s impossible to get tired of listening to this album. Τhe youth of the lineup gives freshness and vitality for Udo and his private heavy metalship. His son is unbelievable “leatherhead” behind the kit…Andrey Smirnov on the axe still awesome guitar player, I really wish be on UDO til the end of the band…as for the second axeman Dee Dammers who’s the second album with the band…probably big ACCEPT  and UDO fan..he delivers great riffs  back to back with Andrey.! And last BUT not least Peter Fuckin Baltes…i must say I moved when he boarded by his old comrade side…to help with the tour before the “TOUCHDOWN” and decided to stay for the record…I really wish to stay ‘til the end!  The album is definitely, more Accept than even Accept is at the moment and these are not, only my words but also Udo’s words from what I read in his interviews. Udo’s vocals still in a good shape if I may to use these words! As for the lyrics, always to the point. Political social issues. Struggling, humanity, war themes which I always liked to be on lyrics. The modern sound production does the album justice by giving a good treatment to the guitars with a heavy tone, also making drums and the vocals stand out as well. Τhe only objection I have is that it has more songs than it should..but that’s my issue..I’ve always liked heavy metal records with 9 tracks at most..although the last 4 tracks are nice tracks with a heavy sound which makes the closing with the title give it all…like and the beginning, before the song of the same title…they might as well not exist. I know I am contradicting myself in this case. It’s just my humble opinion and perspective on this album…Really wish to Udo and his band mates long prosperity…Decent album, better than his last 3 album for sure!! Which make me feel that old lions still know how to roar and sometimes attack and bites!
