According to the vocalist Thomas Rettke’s private Facebook post, Heavens Gate former bassist Manni Jordan has passed away. Full statement from Thomas is available below.
Thomas Rettke explains: ”It is with great regret that I have to announce that our longtime friend and bass player, Manfred “Manni” Jordan, has passed away… he was a member of Steeltower since 1984 and later of Heavens Gate. We experienced a lot together and laughed a lot… I am infinitely sad.
“I wish the bereaved a lot of strength… R.I.P., Manni, you will always be in our hearts and in our thoughts.”
